In the right proportion it shall behave oddly - become hard when you move your hand in it fast, and remain liquid, when you move slowly. This is called a Non-Newtonian Liquid. It's viscosity depends drastically on the speed of the flow. For normal, newtonian liquids, like water, the viscosity changes linearly with the increase of the flow. Use borax. or boric acid, whichever is available. Dissolve it in water - cup 1. Mix white clue/ polyvynilacetate glue/ with a bit of starch and food colour - cup 2. Slowly add the solution from cup 1 into cup 2, while mixing. You should obtain a slime. 

 Hello everybody!    These ready-to-print models of the planets of the Solar System can be glued onto the classroom wall . Students love it!    Just print these models in colour, cut off all the white paper using scissors, and glue them to the top of any classroom wall, across the whole wall. The stick glue works fine.
