Interference - Can light destroy another light?

     Can you prove that light is a wave?

Light is an electromagnetic wave. If you try hard, you may make two laser beams to interfere with each other, just like other waves. In this case we see an interference pattern of constructive and distructive interference, or dark and light regions. 

So light can destroy other light and create dark regions.
