Can you reuse an old calendar?

 The days of the week repeat every 7 days: Sunday, Monday, ...

And the year has 365 days, which is 52 weeks plus one day:
7 days/week x 52 weeks/year = 364 days/ year

So every year, the day of the week for the same date shifts for one day.

Today is Monday, and April 8th, 2024.
In 2025, April 8th will be Tuesday
In 2023, April 8th was Saturday

Every 4 years there is a leap year, with February being 29 days, one day longer than usual. So the day of the week shifts 2 days.
