The Moh's Scale

 The Moh's Scale ranks minerals by their hardness from 1 to 10, with 10 being the hardest.

A harder mineral can scratch the softer one. This means that diamond, number 10, can scratch any other minerals, because all of them have hardness lower than 10.

Students love it!    Just print these models in colour, cut off all the white paper using scissors, and glue them to the top of any classroom wall, across the whole wall. The stick glue works fine.
