    Here are the five operations you shall learn how to do to use a microscope:

  1. Turn on and off the microscope
  2. Fix the slide on the holder

  3. Adjust the light brightness using the diaphragm
  4. Change the objectives by rotating them
  5. Focus the view on the slide
